Comfort Inn & Suites, located just 10 km from San Bernardino International, offered a decent stay despite some room issues. the spacious rooms were a plus, but the outdated furniture and lack of modern amenities were a letdown. the staff, except the cleaners, was helpful and professional, which improved the overall experience. Although the power outage upon arrival was an inconvenience, the employee ensured our check-in was smooth and our room was secure. In terms of quality, there is room for improvement to match up to other options in the area. The comfortable bed, working fridge, microwave, and functioning television were appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail in room maintenance was noticeable. Despite the setbacks, it served its purpose as a place to stay. Overall, Comfort Inn & Suites has potential but could benefit from some upgrades and better room upkeep.
